Aspen Creek is located in the City of Beaumont in Riverside County and consists of 106 single-family detached homes ranging from 2,115 to 2,808 square feet. With three distinct plan types designed by Rodriquez Associates Architects and Planners Inc., Aspen Creek offered numerous floor plan options characterized by spare bedrooms, retreats, lofts, dens and customizable garage spaces. Coordination between the design and construction team was critical as vertical construction was phased into 12 separate phases and Aspen Creek serves as an excellent example of the project team’s ability to meet the schedules and budgets set forth in larger phase planned unit development projects.

Brookhurst Country Estates consisted of 15 single-family detached homes located on approximately 10 acres in El Cajon. Unique project characteristics made it necessary for the construction team to build a separate temporary road to facilitate all traffic in the area while project site work construction was underway. Designed by Rodriquez Associates Architects and Planners Inc., Brookhurst Country Estates provided three unique plan types ranging from 1,940 to 2,257 square feet, each featuring 4 to 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and two-car attached garages to complement the individual ½ acre lots that the homes were situated on.

Canyon Ridge is a gated residential community located on approximately 3 acres in National City, California. Constructed in 2008, the 21 unit detached single family planned unit development sits atop a partially filled canyon with views over environmentally sensitive open space habitat. As with similar infill developments, community meetings were held by the development and construction team where community input was gathered to aide in design and project planning. Architectural design was provided by Rodriquez Associates Architects and Planners Inc. where Canyon Ridge offered three unique plan types ranging from 1,992 to 2,100 square feet, each with up to 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and 2 car attached garages.
