Description

San Diego’s Old Police Headquarters is a landmark destination located adjacent to San Diego’s waterfront and Seaport Village. The 100,000 square foot building complex is listed on the National Historic Registry and is comprised of former courtrooms, jail cells, administrative offices, and a maintenance garage clustered around a central courtyard.

The Old Police Headquarters will be rehabilitated from its current dilapidated state into One Pacific at Seaport, a dynamic mix of specialty retail, restaurants, and entertainment uses. The project also includes 4.5 acres of open space, a Pier Walk Building with a fish processing facility, and waterfront restaurant and retail space. Once rejuvenated, One Pacific at Seaport will serve as an important link between the city’s resurgent downtown, a thriving Convention Center and hotel district, and its historic yet active waterfront.

Legacy has been involved with pre-construction over the last year. The demolition phase is currently underway.
