The 100,000 square foot building complex is listed on the National Historic Registry and is comprised of former courtrooms, jail cells, administrative offices, and a maintenance garage clustered around a central courtyard.

Description
Located in downtown San Diego, this project includes the renovation of the existing Best Western Yacht Harbor Hotel and Restaurant. The renovation took place with no disruptions to current operations, and the hotel reported no revenue loss during construction.

Description
Originally constructed in 1942, Building 210 was the former home of the San Diego Naval Training Center’s pool house, gymnasium and fitness center. Legacy’s project team worked with Heritage Architecture and Planning, and Liberty Station’s master developer, McMillin Companies, throughout the preconstruction phase to identify and perfect methodologies for preserving and restoring architectural and structural features of the 38,000 square foot, 3-building complex.

Description
The project is a historically significant structure that is listed on the National Register of Historic places. It is an existing two (2) story building and a former barracks building that was later converted by the Navy to an office building. The building renovation included interior and exterior restoration, new restrooms, an elevator for future office spaces, additional lighting and site utilities.

Description
Built in 1942, the The North Naval Chapel provided religious comfort for over a half century to recruits who came to NTC for recruit training. The renovation of the 6,200-square-foot chapel included installation of a new heating and air conditioning system "hidden under the pews and in the crawl space" in order to preserve architectural integrity.
